Garmin Pilot on Nexus 7

I find it interesting that all of your displays are set to "north up".

Almost invariably, all pilots that I've flown with have their moving maps set to "track up".

Not criticizing, just found it interesting.

I prefer north up for IFR flights, gives me better situational awareness and less map movement as one changes headings. Also E-W-N-S are clearly known when north up. I now set one of my GPS's (the 696) to track up to get a better field of view ahead and for relative information. Thanks for the comment.
