Looks good - the only thing I would suggest is that you put a bumper on it so the valves are protected... I've seen one of them broken off on a scuba tank - went through the passenger door on a parked car and lodged in the drivers door.

I just thought out of safety... I'll just disconnect the manifold and reattach the guards to the valves when not in use.  That should take care of that.  Thanks Mike!
