How do you clear a clogged fuel vent?

Several people have mentioned on jrwilson's post about engine stumble that it may be a fuel vent issue.  I am having similar issues and want to make sure I'm checking everything.


What are the steps in thoroughly checking the fuel vent and if it is a clogged fuel vent what does it take to clear the vent?
