So, a friend has gotten me interested in looking at certificating the Chevrolet LS3 engine for airplanes (or one of the 4th generation LT engines). Looking into it, there are a lot of advantages. I am building a Vans RV 7a and just bought an IO 360 A1A angle valve 200 HP out of a Mooney M20E, I am going with a different fuel and ign setup, EFII, so I am selling a complete certified fuel injection set up.
