I had a terrible experience with these people. I don't like to complain so consider this as a necessary information to share.
I ordered a couple of parts on-line and paid for expedited delivery. They did not ship it on-time and I contacted them to cancel. Talked to customer service and I was told that they will cancel. Next day got an e-mail that the parts were shipped and will be delivered the following week. When the parts arrived, one of them was not the correct part so I called customer service and they told me that they will investigate and call me back after I send them a picture. I sent in the picture and nothing happened. Called back and was told that they will get back to me.
I bought a replacement part from Aircraft Spruce. When I left Sky Geek a bad review on-line, I got an e-mail that they are closing the help ticket that was opened.
This is beyond poor customer service. This is a clueless and scattered business operation.
