There was no bait, I bought the A2000 and wish I would have gone with the G500. Before you ask, it loses SV all the time and the hsi has gone blank more than once. Either way I'm going with the jpi based on helpful input from mmopa. Last time I checked we were supposed to help each other share info for the betterment of the community...

i do not want a repeat of the horrible decision i made on the aspen. i was going to get the jpi 930 based on my installers recommendation; but the features on the MVP far out weigh the 930. so if anyone has any personal experience it would be greatly appreciated.

the GF and i wanted to get away next week and wanted to go somewhere where we could stay in a cabin or nice house on a lake somewhere that i could fly us too. i would appreciate any opinions, as i am leary of just booking it sight unseen or without a solid recomendation. it would be great if i could fly right in, but not a prob if there is a small drive if i can rent a car from the FBO. i considered Big Bear, CA but that would be 5 hours ete. thx chris
