I don't know the asking price, but I would guess it's north of $70K, I think that it's worth even more than that. The gear up was in 1991 I believe, and yes that's when the 3 blade Black Mac prop was installed.

A friend of mine moved from South Florida to Portland, OR. He purchased my Mooney about 4 years ago. He is considering selling it as he is not flying it enough and may not fly it out to the west coast. N6902V, STEC-30 autopilot, 1 Aspen Evolution 1000 panel, GNS 430W GPS, Garmin 345 GTX Transponder, KX-170B Comm 2, leather interior, great paint, mid time engine (under 1,000 hours, but don't have the exact numbers at this time), JPI 700 with fuel transducer, Garmin 495 Color portable GPS with XM weather feed.
