    I am in favor of raising landing fees at NY airports. I am in favor of aggressive collection practices. I am in favor of more transparency regarding aircraft ownership. I am in favor of raising sales tax on aircraft purchases. I am in favor of increasing registration fees, insurance premiums and the gas tax on Avgas.
