This is my first summer flying a M20C. I feel like the vents in the ceiling provide minimal air and the cabin vent is ok but it’s still pretty hot in there. Any recommendations that won’t break the bank?

How will the process go with the FSDO? It appears that it has never had a 8100-2 and this is all it’s ever had.
