  1. Thank you, I'll have a look at the listings. I don't remember reading that report, will do a quick search.
  2. I just bought new LED lights (for a 1975 M20F) and will be removing my old lights and power supplies during annual in approx a month. If that timescale suits you please DM me.
  3. Thank you for your detailed reply. My ideal find would be an aircraft that is still complete, not wrecked, but needs a lot of TLC to get back into good shape. It would be for my personal use. My goal would be a fixer upper that would fly again with enough spare parts and sweat. Many thanks!
  4. One site I've looked at: https://www.underwriterssalvagecompany.com/
  5. Hi, Every so often there's an aircraft that I see for auction (sometimes salvage) that catches my eye. I don't have anything that I'm looking at actively at the moment but would love to hear from anyone who has experience in buying at auction, in particular sealed bid auctions. How did you decide your bid, perhaps based on Vref or similar value and then estimate repairs plus estimated extra depreciation from accident history, etc? I assume there are no sealed auction that publish winning bid numbers after the fact? Thanks in advance! Marc
  6. I used a remote wi-fi unit a while ago which worked well, however, the subscription was approx $45/month which I thought was excessive. I bumped into a hangar neighbor recently who recommended the unit linked below. I have one on order, not received it yet. They're available in 2 channel and 4 channel versions and subscription is $50/year. https://www.aircraftspruce.com/catalog/pspages/tanisswitcheon_05-27121.php?clickkey=11611
  7. Hi, Does anyone have experience with Brookeridge airpark near Chicago? I'm just curious to know a little more info about the place than can be taken from the website. Thank you, Marc
  8. I know this is an old thread, but just saw this link which may be of interest to anyone still following. Looks like serial 001 of M22 line is for sale, https://cleveland.craigslist.org/avo/d/edgewood-mooney-mustang-222-kts/7800854001.html
  9. It's in the 2000's row, PM sent also. Thx! Marc
  10. Hi, I have a T hangar at KAPF, Naples, Florida, available for sub-lease. Maximum period is 6 months. Please message me if interested. Thank you. Marc
  11. Hi, I'm looking to find the electrical schematics for a 1975 M20F. In the electrical section of the service manual downloaded from here it references schematics SC1-800269L, L1, L2, L3 and 800330 E1 which are unfortunately not included in the pdf. If anyone has a set or can point me in the right direction please it would be great. Many thanks, Marc
  12. Is this any use?
