  4. Thanks guys. Yes I already have pitot heat. I appreciate your wisdom, do you think a Garmin 430 is an option or go for the gnx 375? The screen is small on the the 375. Sam
  5. Ladies and Gentlemen, I have an M20A in great shape. I picked it up last year for $35,000, which is a steal considering how well it flies. my question is, I want to do an IFR upgrade on the panel which will likely cost 30K by the time I am done. Should I be spending this on a wooden wing? For you information, the wings spar and fabric are at 90%. id love to hear your thoughts, Thanks, Sam
  6. Hi Bill, I saw your post, I have just acquired an M20A up here in Canada and love it so far. Sam
  7. Hi Jimmy, I’m looking at buying an A model this week (1960) and some price guidance would help. So I’d be very interested in seeing your guide. Thank you very much. Sam
  8. Hey Guys, one other question I have. This 1960 Mooney I have had inspected and there are no real issues. Wood is good. Couple of small Ad's to sort. It has a good three bladed Hartzell prop on it, it's clean and tidy. The aileron and flap linkages need some attention, but is okay to fly for another 200 hundred hours. Paint and interior are good. Engine is around 1300 hours. Could you please give me an idea on price range I should be paying? As you know everything is very expensive right now. Just a guide would be very helpful. Thanks.
  9. Thank you very much all for the info.
  10. Dear All, I am considering buying a 1960 A model how do you inspect the wings please?
