Not sure if this is the right place for this - if not I apologize. As the title states, I am in the market for a Mooney. Price range is 30-60K. Ideally would be a low/mid time engine with decent IFR setup (Garmin 430/530). Preferably E or F model. I've been all over Controller/Barnstormers/Trade-a-Plane and have found several candidates but wanted to reach out to this community and see if anyone was aware of any FSBO or have seen anything off market. I am also aware that those planes available in low 30's are going to need $ put into them for Panel/interior/engine/lights etc...

What iPad yoke mounts are y’all using? I ran a regular sized iPad with a ram mount on my warrior but with the way the Mooney is set up, the mount of the yoke is too wide and doesn’t give me full yoke forward movement. I am also having the issue where the iPad covers a lot of the lower instruments. I’m leaving the iPad on my lap for now but would like something more secure. thanks for feedback!

All - I dont have FF Performance but was wondering if any of you would share the data within those 3 performance profiles so that I may input them into to FF.
