  1. click this link for my current project (part 135) based out of KGEU but i am open to collaborators / investors / pilots / partners and its confirmed Mooney N113TN will be used by Mooney pros for offering transition training, rental, dry lease etc. pls contact Mike Elliot for details and pricing
  2. we were just doing a quick VFR flight and checking on MCT cruise speed & testing fuel burn at 17,500 we usually fly at FL350 or FL360 and get 58 GPH. book says 49 GPH at 41,000 feet insurance 11,000 (because the plane is so cheap). here is a link to my shared folder- if anyone wants to dive deeper in to the research i did for 2 years before buying one https://drive.google.com/open?id=1gsHcNt_JTIZSU-BStRXfdWw_MieJ63XM
  3. $2.75 M was 10 years ago - new... i bought mine for 500 k at 800 hours with an ESP that covers everything in maintainance a7 covers the HSI & new engines when u r ready for overhaul at 3500 hours !!
  4. yes of course, i will be happy to offer the plane for transition training at 300 $ per hour
  5. GOOD NEWS - the sale did not go through and I still own N113TN and I have decided to put on a brand new engine on the plane. this should help alleviate the concerns about the 2 prop strikes. I am hoping to get Mr Don Maxwell or Chandler Aviation to hang the new motor. this should also help me list it for a higher price and I will happy to offer seller financing. let me know if there are are any interested parties... on the other hand the new eclipse jet is awesome and amazing, planning to buy a second one soon. current numbers so far real life - KGEU KHND Vr 89, climb at 3500 - 4200 FPM, to 16,500 ft level in 4 min, cruise 385 KTAS at 17,500 VFR burning 70 GPH, descent 390 KTAS at 2500 FPM, absolutely worth it !!! cannot even feel the yaw on single engine out (simulated). the type rating was only 8k, the ac was 500k, with 20% down, my monthly payment is 3k a month with a dispatch rate of 99% ! if anyone is interested in more data, pics, videos, email me and I will be happy to share the google drive shared folder for Ur drooling pleasure
  6. hi all, i am the current proud owner of this pretty bird. N113TN. the auction was listed as "no damage" in error, by the webmaster (this is being corrected as i am posting this)... we are also in the process of sharing all the logbooks in detail (all pages) online via a web link online. i have personally flown this plane for a total 500 hours (300 hours since the last prop strike). i own and run a very successful medical practice with multiple locations across southwest USA and we are selling 7 of our current 9 planes to make room for the new eclipse jet N778VW arriving to our KGEU hangar on dec 1. we need space and we are hoping that this plane (and all other 6) will find a new suitable home. i know the auction is a strange way to sell a plane, but it is quite effective actually (lots of personal experience with this topic). we did try to sell N113TN via all traditional methods but never got a decent offer !!! the log books will reflect all the love and care we have provided this plane in the last 3 years and that it has a current annual and also, i will be happy to attest that i have flown it almost daily for the last 30 days, in addition to my friend / CFII who flies this plane daily for our business use and we maintain very low personal minimums because we fly doctors and nurses around the southwest AZ for our mobile medical practice.
