  1. Don’t waste your time or money trying to locate a used sender, electronic instruments fuel pressure gauge is way easier and will give you many years of service. I was in the same boat bought a used one and fail, end up wasting time and money. they will set the low and high pressure alarm to what you order so use the parameters for the analog one at ordering time.
  2. Had the same failure today, 10 degree bank showed, plane flying straight hSI also showed 10 degrees of course, I suspect the hSI is hitting the dust, getting twin G5’s mid January, wasn’t much fun hard imc, got ForeFlight up and flew partial panel, my autopilot never disconnected but was finicky to keep heading I end up shooting ap off and flew by hand. Non event 1.5 hard imc w the 10degrees showing, I get into clear sky and dam thing gets back to normal. I wish I had extra 16k to swing the garmin autopilot all the same time.
  3. I have dual aspen on a 206 at work I have several failures, some times I’m really concerned on flying that plane in the weather, the Red X comes on screen goes black and restart, no big deal vfr but imc can be a scary proposition, my bravo goes in mid January for dual g5’s and next year hitting the garmin autopilot. Have G5’s on my last plane 700hrs never a problem.
  4. Can u pls send me the service manual for the bravo will pm u my email. Thanks
  5. thanks. I may grab yours when u get it off the plane
  6. For Bravo owners whats the easiest more affordable stand by vacuum? I still have a non functioning clutch drive rapco pump.
  7. Any chances on getting this also?
  8. I’m going to be happier than a dog w two tails w the rocket
  9. I have 150k cash and I don’t want to go over our budget. If I keep pushin will en up w 230k on a plane. Jumping from a 1958 comanche to a mid 80/low 90 mooney is a big step up. I don’t want to own a dime on the plane. Never financed any of our planes I buy what I can afford.
  10. 150 hrs since last annual and the one done last week by cascade aircraft management in Cascade ID i think I’m going to pass on this one and get the rocket home Sunday, lots of red flags on this one all ready. U gut feeling was right David btw only review on cascade aircraft management ain’t good at all any one here have deal w Delta ?
  11. Just finished going trough the logs of the Bravo, last reported annual 2013- from 13 till last week out of annual and flown not much but flown, how I can get the engine time discrepancy from 2013 till 2018 reconciled? Plane shows on flightaware on 2015 obviously out of annual. this one sure is price aggressively to sell but boy has a hell of a story. After looking the rocket Sunday will be closing on new plane either the bravo or the rocket. I’m done shopping
  12. Galveston Texas
  13. I remember the Vegas one, yours has way better interior, if I remember right was spotless inside. I hate panels with gaps and weird shape covers do it right or don’t do it. Congrats on your plane sharp bird for sure.
  14. Did u bought the red one w the gold lines?
  15. As the plane seats I would do 110/115 cash on the white and blue. At this point all planes should have Adsb done IMO. Anyone. have any idea on the cost to install the Monroy extended tanks? I call weep no more yesterday for quote. What I ear is 8k range ? Sounds right?
  16. The one I’m looking they asking 134 had prop strike w full tear down 200hrs ago 400 and change on the engine 530w no extended tanks no Adsb, I would pay 134 if the tanks and Adsb was done due to the damage history I personally don’t care about damage but next guy always do.
  17. I have a bravo insight, no extended fuel tanks and Adsb if I get them to do that or reduce the price to be able to do it myself may be a player. Friend of mine bought a bravo few weeks ago 900smho no xtended fuel or Adsb he payed 96k 1990. Wish I could find dealmlike that
  18. I’m in Galveston TX. I went up to All American Jimmy put me on a nice 1986 rocket and we love it, plane has 134 hrs been listed for 6 months and is a bit out of my range and they won’t come down enough, I found few In my range, right now I have 3 a 79 231, a 89bravo and a 84 rocket on the short leash. All this planes will need ADSB update and I hate to pay for it again.
  19. Just sold my comanche last week, I been lurking here for a while, I been in the chase of a rocket 305 and today got across a nice Bravo ( w gear up history) I really want the perfomance of the rocket even tough won’t be much faster will outclimb the bravo any day of week. I try to call rocket engineering 4 times no one responds phone calls or emails. How is the rocket parts support w this guys? Is anywhere else to get parts for the conversion, owner produce parts route? I found a long body w the rocket conversion and I’m loving it but have uneasy felling about the support from Rocket in The future, I’m hoping to buy this as last plane so trying to slow down Before I make a big mistake, rockets are hitting the market every day another one pops up. i got 150k cash for the right plane so if any one thinking on selling I’m game. Looking for a honest 180 kts cruise plane 900nm range, at least 530w, oxigen, functional autopilot.
