Grew up on the flight line, watched daddy dropping meat bombs on the weekend at Dillingham out of a C-45 that he freight-dogged during the week. Got some stick time in a DC3 as a kid along the way (those days are long gone). Went into healthcare for a career instead, and got the flying bug in my 20's and early 30's. 9/11 hit about the wrong time to make a career change into flying and I stayed in healthcare... Now I've got the flying bug again and coming here for type specific input on the mooney airframe that I think I want to go hopping around the country on my days off... I'm not a doctor, but I did stay in a holiday inn express once or twice...
