Chris Michael at Causey Aviation in Liberty, NC is known for his Mooney prowess. My C is currently undergoing annual by John Sanders (ECG) who I'm told is also Mooney knowledgeable. Chris charges $1750 last I heard and John is $1250. -
Does anyone have experiences with a Garmin G5 installation? I'm getting estimates of $1500-$2900 (no WAAS antenna) which seems high based on the Garmin description of "easy installation". As much as I like the idea of a non vacuum driven AI it's hard to swallow an install cost that exceeds the cost of the unit. Thanks

Just bought a pretty '75 C that is coming up on the 100 hour prop inspection. Is that a prop shop only inspection or can an I/A or A/P conduct the inspection. Tried to find the AD and couldn't sort it out online. Any assistance greatly appreciated. Ron

Does anyone out there have any experience with installing Aerosheep seat covers on an early C model? They look nice online and have a descent warranty. Looking for an affordable interior makeover on a '75. Thanks
