Advanced Safety Features Landing Gear Warning: Detects gear position (up/down) using an isolated optical sensor, announcing “Check Gear” every 2 seconds (adjustable) if gear is up below 560 feet AGL. GPS Integration: Connects to GPS via RS-232 to announce altitudes from 18,000 to 500 feet MSL Run Time Reminders: Alerts for “Check Tank” (The user can set a value from any of the listed time interval viz. 30 min, 45 min, 60 min and 90 min) and “Check Fuel” (The user can set a value from any of the listed time interval viz. 1 hr, 1.5 hr, 2 hr, 2.5 hr, 3 hr, 3.5 hr and 4 hr) to maintain fuel awareness. Once Go-Around is detected, SkyVoice Alert 500 will announce the already announced higher altitudes only after the device goes out of range and time entered is elapsed.
