1967 M20F Front seat back has been broken. Lesson learned - brief passengers not to lean on the back of the seat when entering/existing the airplane... I am looking for possible repair (Southern California) or replacement. Few questions: 1. Are all seats replaceable? Within which models/years? 2. Thinking to replace the tubes for the headrest to make the pair of the headrest from RAV4 fit. Distance between the tubes is Ok, the tubes in my seats are too narrow. 3. What glue is used to put the foam back? Thank you, Andrey

We have a really nice 1967 M20F for sale. All the pics and specs are on trade a plane as of noon today. The airplane has a lot going for it, including low airframe time, engine etc, and all of the lasar speed mods, long windows, one piece windshield, etc. What it doesn't have is a good prop. The prop that is on it is serviceable but has an AD on it where if you get it inspected, it has to be re inspected every 100 hours. A brand new prop from Hartzell is $8000 and tht would totally make this plane ready to go. It has long range fuel (more than 100 gallons!) and a lot of really nice features. We were going to annual this plane and sell it for around $50,000 or best offer, but with the prop like it is, we can't annual it. I estimate that an annual would cost around $3000 and that includes all new replacement items for a lot of the common stuff that gets over looked. This would make a GREAT travel plane for someone, with the injected 200 HP engine and the speed mods, this is a real travel machine. It is listed in Trade a plane for $42,000 but all offers considered. The plane needs to sell so I think an offer around $40 would probably take it. The plane is totally flyable, and could fly anywhere on a ferry permit, no problem. Call or text me at 678-371-2793 for info.
