Hey Guys, Looking for one last piece to complete the restoration of my 1966 M20E Serial Number 1244. Its the Left Hand Nose Gear Door (Part # 550032-3 according to the parts manual) which has been challenging to find. Over the last two weeks we have ordered two doors under this part number and have received two doors which not only did not look alike; neither looked like the original. The search has been pretty vexing. Any help/direction would be appreciated. Cheers, Thom

does anyone know the proper way to adjust gear doors for proper closure..snug against wing skin...i have about 3/8 in gap...dont ever remember seeing that much gap before.....thanks

Hi, I owned a 67 M20C about 30 years ago - N2947L - and at that time purchased the 201 gear door parts - inner and outer gear doors. I was intending to mod the airplane, but never did. As a result, I have been carrying around the inner gear door in new condition all this time. I was thinking somebody in this group might be interested in purchasing the part - or know somebody who might. A gear up airplane, for example? I am selling things that i have no use for and this is one of those. It is in perfect condition - basically new - never installed. It has not been painted. Is anyone needing the RH inner gear door part? Thanks, Dave Anderson
