  1. Description 1967 Mooney M20F Exec 21 N9644M - 3780 TT, 1224 SMOH, 454 SPOH, Dual Nav/Com/VOR/LOC, GPS, Electric Gear, IFR, Well Maintained. This aircraft has been meticulously maintained by me and previous owners. It cruises 148kts at around 7500 burning a little over 10 GPH. The airplane flies great and all systems such as the auto pilot, instruments and avionics are in 100% working order. Just came out of fresh April annual! The paint and interior show great and I receive complements on how nice they are. Instruments and panel have been redone to the standard 6 pack panel along with rewiring of everything. It’s a great IFR aircraft that’s very dependable. You won’t find any loose or decaying bundles of wires on this bird. Everything has been done professionally. The airframe spent most of its life in Texas and Georgia and shows absolutely no signs of corrosion. I have had it inspected by Mooney service centers and multiple A&P I/A and specifically look for corrosion every year along with ACF-50 treatment. Aircraft has had the oil and filter changed every 30 hours with Aeroshell 15W-50. This bird has been flown at a minimum once every two weeks or so to prevent any cam corrosion. Engine runs great burning about a court every 8 hrs. Never flown LOP and I pay strict attention to proper engine management during decent to avoid shock cooling. All Ad’s are current and even the service bulletins have been performed like the expensive flap double plate. The logs are very complete and go back to day one on everything. There is no damage history and this plane has never been put on its belly which is getting rare for these older Mooney’s More Pictures - http://s134.photobucket.com/user/Huggerz28/library/ Avionics Audio Panel: Bendix/King KMA 24 Audio Panel W/Marker Beacon including HF GPS: Bendix/King KMD-150 Multi-Function Display / Moving Map / Color GPS Navigator #1 Nav/Com: Bendix/King KX-155 NAV/COMM W/ Glideslope #2 Nav/Com: Narco Escort-II VOR / LOC Indicator / NAV/COMM #1 VOR/LOC/GS: Bendix/King KI 209 #2 VOR/LOC: Narco Escort-II VOR / LOC Indicator / NAV/COMM Transponder: Bendix/King KT76A Altimeter: IFR 45-20 Altimeter Directional Gyro: RCA11A Attitude: RCA22-7 Encoder: ACK A-30 Engine Monitor: Insight Gem 602 - 4CHT/EGT OAT/ VOLTMETER: Davtron M303 Digital Intercom: Sigtronics SPA-400 TSO intercom, Four-Place Built In Standard Jacks ELT: Martech eagle PTT: Pilot and Copilot Yoke Push-To-Talk Switch Airframe 3,780 Hours Total Time Since New Weldon PMA'D Continuous use boost pump Dukes Landing gear Actuator Overhauled 2005 Tail Jack Screw Replaced 2012 Gear limit switch replaced 2012 No Damage History Engine Lycoming IO-360-A1A, 200 HP - 1224 SMOH Overhauled By Firewall Forward 1989 Magnetos overhauled in 2012 - 162 SMOH All Oil, Fuel and Scat hose replaced 04/18/2012 Exhaust 2011 Brackett air filter Spin on oil filter All Cylinders within Limits on Compression Reading Test at Last Annual Prop Hartzell Two Blade HC-C2YK-1/BF : NO AD – 454 SPOH Spinner replaced 2009 Overhaul in 2005 by Atlanta Propeller Overhaul Interior Interior Refurbished in 2004 Windshield and side glass Replaced Instrument panel redone (6 Pack Layout) Aircraft rewired White Textured Plastic Headliner w/ vents White Textured Plastic Window Trim Off White Fabric Side panels covered in Sound absorbing fabric Pilot and Copilot Gray Leather Reclining Seats with Lap belts and Shoulder Harnesses Rear Gray Leather individually Reclining Seat with Lap belts Gray Floor Carpeting Baggage Door with Spacious Aft Cabin Cargo/Baggage Area with Hat Shelf and Hanger Condition 8.5 (National Aircraft Appraisers Association Interior Grading Guide) Exterior Exterior Paint 2002 Lower Fuselage Metallic Blue, Upper Fuselage White, Gold Accents and Striping Pilot Side Storm Window Condition 7.5 (National Aircraft Appraisers Association Exterior Paint Grading Guide) New/Overhauled Equipment New Air Hawk Main and Nose tires W/ Tubes and bearings 04/28/2014 New Cleveland brake Pads 04/28/2014 New Spark Plugs 01/2014 Overhauled Autopilot Servo Boots 10/2013 New CONCORDE RG-35A Dry Cell Battery 10/2013 Overhauled Directional Gyro 08/2013 New Skytech Starter 12/18/2012 Overhauled Generator 12/18/2012 New ZEFTRONICS G1500N Solid state Voltage Regulator12/18/2012 All Oil, Fuel and Scat hose replaced 04/18/2012 Overhauled Mags 2012 New Gear Limit Switch 2012 Overhaul Exhaust 2011 Optional equipment and speed mods Electric Gear Manual Hydraulic Flaps Precise Flight Standby Vacuum PC wing leveler and Accutrak 2 Autopilot add-on VOR/GPS tracking Whelen Double Flash Wingtip Strobes/ Navigation Lights Remote mounted electronic tail cone compass Avionics master switch Hi/Low - Inop Vacuum indicator Heated Pitot Static Head Lower Fuselage Strobe Beacon Retractable Entry Step W/ Overhauled Servo Dual Push to talk LASAR cowl closure Aileron and flap gap seals One Piece Windshield Shoulder Harnesses Installed Overhead Cabin Air Vents Overhead Map/Instrument Lights Overhead Cabin Speaker and Cabin Light Full cabin aircraft cover Towbar Inspections Log Books are complete and continuous through 1967 No major damage history No Gear up or Prop strike Annual Inspection Due 05/01/2015 IFR Recertification Due 10/01/2015 ELT Battery Replacement Due 06/2016 Gross Weight: 2,740 lbs.
