When I purchase my 78 M20J last month the step behind the wing was missing. With children and me being short, I really need the step. Not sure how it is supposed to be attached and if you can get another one. The previous owner said "it was cut off to increase speed"

I know you are proud and happy to get it back in the air. Looks great.

My ANN PNL circuit breaker keeps tripping so I pulled it out and left it. Almost finished annual and want to get plane back in the air. Any ideas on the tripping breaker? I wanted to do a little troubleshooting before going down to the shop.

Hey there, Just thought I would drop a note here. Just purchased my first Mooney, M20J. Looking forward to logging many hours. Plane was out of annual and got a really good deal from a local pilot at my home airport. Moving up from a Cessna 172.
