Yes it does seem most all have it, but had noticed a few that didn't. Marc, thanks for that build sheet info. Why anyone would want a turbo and no oxygen is beyond me. I am looking at one now that has the oxygen ports blocked off/removed. Reason given, 1), There is some type of "valve" or other component that if it fails, its thousands of $$ to replace, and 2), the required inspection of the system as a whole is very expensive. In this case the outlets are blocked off and tank removed. Wondering what all is involved in piece it back together. The tank bracket is still in place.

Can anyone tell me if onboard oxygen was a standard feature on the M20k 231 ?

I see a post from back in 2014 about the use of non-certified ("experimental") avionics. I didn't find any discussion here, more recent. There is an ariticle in Flying mag about Dynon getting STC'd for some of its avionics in some aircraft. https://www.flyingmag.com/non-certified-avionics-coming-to-certified-airplanes/. I looked over the MOSAIC of part 23 revision, but that seems mostly to do with the manufacturing of new aircraft, and not avionics. Anyone no more on this? Sure would be nice to use Garmin "experimental" avionics in general aviation as the price is almost "affordible". I'm sure there is no lack of quality there.

In looking at M20k's for sale, I see quite a few noting fuel tanks resealed. Is leaking fuel tanks a common issue? Most say resealed some say bladders installed. I am wondering what to look for on a used M20k that has not had any reseal. Who does resealing? What's involved. How much does it costs. thanks

Can anyone confirm that the inflatable door seal was standard on all m20k 231's. My son and I are shopping and we've been told that door will leak if parked outside so you have to have a cover for it. Can the inflateable seal be replaced at a reasonable cost with a regular door seal?
