The short turnaround-time seems like a red flag. Without knowing the previous purchase price I can't tell, but it looks like the same paint and interior as in pictures from 2017 and 2022. Will ask the owner a few questions, but not sure exactly what to ask or be looking for. This would be a first-time aircraft purchase - prebuy of course, but on the fence about even getting that far. Thoughts on what I should ask the owners about before entering a contract?
