47U, You raise a great question: while my plane does not have the Jmodel windscreen, it was converted to a single piece windscreen (old slope,all the old access panels). I’m curious if my center post was hidden inside a housing such as the one to which your compass is attached? My center post is much like that in a J or K….a round tube. Thanks for your help! Art

New M20e owner. Does anyone have photos of a center post mounted mag compass and center post mounted sunvisors? My plane has neither, nor does it have obvious mounting holes for visors below the windscreen or holes in the center post where I would think a compass would have been. If it ever had visors I’m guessing they were center post mounted. Thx. Art in Hermann MO
