Thanks Boomer. For me and the family we're wanting to travel the Eastern Seaboard, Florida and potentially the Bahamas out of the Cincinnati area with good range (500-600nm loaded) and speed (140ish kts). The wife doesn't fly extremely well so quick en route trips help with that. The "unknowns" for me are cabin size. She is little and we have 2 young boys (7 and 9). I know rear space might become an issue for them at some point so that's where my size comes in haha. How much space will be behind me in the left seat. I'm 6'1'' and 240. I know the Mooney has that sport's car fit so curious how I'll shoe horn into it while being comfortable on a 3 hour flight. Again, just those unknowns having not been up close or sat in one.

Happy Tuesday everyone! New to the boards and new to Mooneys frankly. I am in the market and I just can't argue that Mooney checks about all the mission boxes I can think of. That said, I've never been up close to one to kick the tires so to speak. Hoping to connect with some local owners and the opportunity to get "up close and personal" with Mooney aircraft. Hoping someone wouldn't mind giving me a walk around one day. By no means expecting to take a flight but wouldn't turn down one either (I would cover incidentals if so).
