Also, since the fuel only leaks while the tank is full does anyone know if it is safe to fly if the tank is not completely full?

I've tightened the inboard fuel sensor screws but it is still leaking. I believe it is higher up on the seal. It leaks only with a full tank of fuel on the left side.

I'm looking for a Mooney mechanic in the St. Louis area who can repair a fuel tank leak. It is leaking fuel into the cockpit behind the captain's chair. Does anyone know of a mechanic who could help me fix it?
