Just joined. Been looking for a good Bravo (M20M) at a not inflated price. Am currently at GXY and have access to a nice heated hangar. 'Been flying in the area and mountians for 35+ years. I'll be doing most of the maintenance on the aircraft. Currently at 17,000 plus flt hrs, most all in high performance single and twin GA piston. A&P with IA so doing own annuals too. Could be interested in partnership with the right partner(s). Mission profile: 2-4 people 400 - 800 nm (4 people would be pushing it with even only 3 hr legs I know) so useful load will need to be at or over 1K lbs.
