That’s actually not true. The Buyer committed within two weeks of listing but the transaction was complicated as it involved the purchase and transfer of several LLCs, legal documents, attorneys and other matters around sales tax to operate a business (doing anything in CA is overly complicated). I now require something with comfort/space and more useful load to fit pax (family) — likely going Cirrus SR22T.
