  1. I got a reasonable insurance with Beacon Navigator, through Jenna at ZANETTE Aviation Insurance Service. She did a great job on finding a policy that covers 1 year of standard USA and Caribbean, plus coverage in all America from Jan 1st to March 31st. The price is $5300, while my normal yearly insurance is $3100, so very reasonable!
  2. @kortopateswhat broker do you use to get USAIG? I noticed that not all brokers work will all underwriters. Thanks!
  3. Who did you end up using?
  4. Hey folks, I'm planning to take my Mooney from California down to Argentina (via the Caribbean) and back. I've been preparing for several months and recently I called my insurance to get an extension of the covered territory. To my surprise the underwriter (Old Republic) didn't want to insure it. I'm a CPL instrument rated with 700h total and 300h in this plane. I'm working with my broker but it seems quite difficult to find someone that will insure it. Does anybody have experience with this and can recommend an insurance company or how to proceed? Thanks in advance! Fernando
