  1. I'll chime in here, I owned 642DG for about 10 years. 2009-2019. I think I bought it from Greg_D. I'm sure you've checked this, but the RayJay on that airplane didn't engage until that knob (which was very hard to push when i owned it) is nearly all the way in. The pressure is not linear to the knob position. Other things to consider is the flap valve. The hinge broke on me once inside the air control and the valves were almost free in the system. Don Maxwell caught that one and fixed it, but you may check that again, it's a weak spot. I had the vband clamp break on me once due to the vibration between the engine and the turbo that let pressure out. Don't get discouraged, you'll figure it out eventually and its a really great machine. I loved it and only sold when the family got too big.
