  1. Im looking to see if anyone has the Main gear rigging tool , I think the part number of the tool is KT8444 . Just looking to see if I could borrow/rent from someone.... I may be selling my plane and really didnt want to buy one....thanks
  2. Im just tryint to catch up with all of you on this. I have a 1966 M20F and one of my counterweights is visibly corroded. So....where do we purchase the replacement counterweight? I tried contacting LASER and I never hear back from them...
  3. Cant contact Ah-1 Cobra Pilot....
  4. Ok,its hard too see on the photo...But I wanted to find out is will they fit my old Klixon switches? Those Shapeway covers are a little larger than the originals and when flipping the switch up or down, the switch rubbed(or interfered) with the opening.....If yours fit the Klixon switches then that would be great. Could you send me an email or another way to contact you, thanks
  5. Cobra Pilot, what are your rocker covers..? are those the Shapeway covers with vinyl printing...?
  6. I cannot locate the ah-1 Cobra Pilot website.....do you have their address?
  7. Mine are the Klixon switches,so I would assume they are the Klixon type switch covers? I was hoping to find covers that were like the original, very smooth and that type of molded plastic. The Shapeways covers are cheaper plastic, grainy texture and just look like a cheap toy. I will check out the Ah-1 Cobra Pilot, thanks!
  8. Regarding the original rocker switch covers...I read somewhere on here that others were trying the " Shapeways" product . So I ordered some and found them to be a little larger in size and fitting a bit loose. Overall they just look bad. Anyone know of any other manufacturer ?
  9. Yes 600362-001 is the mooney part #, LASER has their own part #.....What would be the best adhesive to bond the new rubber silicone seal to the metal surface? Permatex,RTV,,,,? What is Rev adhesive?
  10. I actually just ordered the piece that LASER sells today. Not exactly what I wanted but it will work,,thanks
  11. Mine is a 1967 , but has all 201 mods...The ram air is directly below the prop on the lower cowling. It should have a round seal/gasket apprx 4" od and about 3" id . Im not talking about the ound little door that opens and closes. Im talking about the seal that is between the lower cowling and the intake shown in the pic I sent...Hope that clears it up. Sorry the photo is sideways....
  12. The Ram Air seal the sits between lower cowling and the hole opening at the intake on my plane is in need of replacing....Im told Mooney sells them for $250.00 or LASER sells a rubber piece by the foot. But I think it really needs 1 solid piece, not something to be cut to length and glued in place....I was thinking about cutting a seal/gasket out of high temp red silicone....Anyone else have any thoughts or ideas they could share...thanks...
  13. saw this as well...Looks like the same old one I have....I
  14. I was unable to find a switch like the factory one... Are you thinking it would have to be replaced with an aftermarket switch simluar...not sure I understand....I was thinking of a full replacement part from an aircraft parts supplier....After seeing all the Mooneys Ive seen...so many of the older ones looked in simluar condition.....I would think someone would have needed to replace theirs as well...?
  15. Ok I will thanks
