This is a 59A Model with the O-360 A1A, and I found a C model metal wing.. Hopefully, it is a plug and play. I'm still looking for a B metal wing, Per Kerry's note, but have not found one. Last, I thought Mooney was out of business, but if they are taking calls, I'll try.

Thanks everyone, Everyone talks about an STC, but I have not found one.. ie metal wing on a M20A.

This is a similar story, found an A-model with delam across the rear spar, and the walk area is rotten. So the wood is in bad shape. . I honestly know nothing about wood and am thinking of a purchase and looking for a metal wing, especially if the wood wing can be unbolted, and a metal installed it place. The engine needs an overhaul, has some internal rust.. and yes it is a 360-A1A. Thanks!

Can anyone confirm if a wing change is possible, (20A to 20B/C/D/E ). Is there a STC, or? are any flying examples. Thanks! MC
