  1. Bob, et al. thanks for this good information. You maybe guessed that I was getting to whether my slightly old 430 dbase agrees with the current approach data. Cheers, Joe
  2. At the very bottom for instance "Orig 15Jan09" So this means the plate originated Jan 15, of 2009. Similarly you'll see "Amdt 9D 05JUN08" - so chart was amended June 5 of 2008? Is that right? Can you assume no changes have been made to the approach plate since the dates at that bottom margin then? Also, is there somewhere on FAA's site where they track changes to any approach so you can see what has been changed or amended on an approach plate, and when? Technically the plate is expired if the dates is past on the left and right margin, the effective dates, but that doesn't mean anything has changed. Anyone cast more light on this?
  3. Thanks you guys. I've all but given up on the Mooney list. I am not a tech idiot, so whatever mail list software they're running sure isn't user friendly. I don't want to be mean spirited - I understand it's a volunteer thing. Glad to be active on Mooney Space though. joe
  4. Hi, I've been a member of the Mooney mail list for several years (mooney-tech@aviating.com), but lately haven't been getting any emails from them (I've started using a new email address but have successfully signed up with it). Are all the Mooney mail list people moving (or have moved) over to Mooney Space now, or am I missing something? Joe
