Mooney M20F with a short section of rusted through tubing located under the instrument panel near the firewall. I've included a couple pictures. Was previously covered up with electrical tape and zip-ties. I think its been there a while. I'm looking for some advice from someone who's been there on how to make this thing airworthy.   Thanks
