So I came to terms wth the owner of the airplane.    We BOTH signed a purchase agreement. Made plans for prebuy - airplane wasn't airworthy. They ordered the part to fix. Waiting for parts. next thing I know they are claiming to have sold the plane to someone else from Alaska who doesn't want a prebuy....
