Three of the nuts are easy to access, but the 4th is buried where no tool really works. Honestly, to remove something held on by 4 nuts takes a few hours to remove. I have seen a couple of Mooneys with an extra one safety tied in place ready to go in the event... Thanks to polymer improvements, this probably isn't done anymore.
