Mooney Pre-Purchase Inspection - Tampa FL area

I'm back in the market for a Mooney (after selling my 201 about 10 years ago), and I'm looking at what appears to be a nicely refurbished F model in the Tampa area.    If my log review checks out, I'll be looking for a Pre-Purchase Inspection from someone that knows what to look for in a Mooney.

Any recommendations in the greater Tampa area?

If you're willing to take it to Daytona Beach, Jake at Daytona Aircraft Services did a pre-buy on a plane that I did not end up buying.  He seemed to know Mooneys well, and had a strong "no bullshit" attitude.
