I post here to spread the request more widely I have a M20K, which engine has recently been returned by Lycon. Going to place the engine on the mounts when I noticed that I have one spacer longer (1/2 in) longer that the others. Is this normal? Which mount gets the longer spacer? The plane is s/n 25-0398. The manual is not helpful. Recommendations? Comments? Supporter 67 Model: M20K 231 Base: KRAL
rklems Posted July 24, 2025 Report Posted July 24, 2025 Can you read the part number on the various parts of the isolators? Assuming you have the standard setup (that serial number would have originally used some slightly different mounts than later serials, but later replacements would have theoretically used the same mounts as the later serials), the only spacer that is different is the left front, which would be a J-10931-2 spacer, (should be able to read that in the molded rubber). The manual is pretty clear about the stack up...
