The time has sadly come to sell my 1979 M20J. It's been a joy to own and fly over the far too few years. I moved recently and it just isn't a practical airplane for my new location, since my nearest runway is a 1900' grass strip. I'll probably be in the market for a C182.

TT 3431.0 TSMOH 1354.5 TSPOH 1272.5 Annual date 5.7.2025. Very nice leather interior. All in great shape. Instrumentation is an EI CGR-30P for man. pressure, rpm, fuel flow, oil temp, oil pressure, cht, egt, and lots of other goodies. Garmin GPS 175, KMA 20 audio panel, KT76C Transponder, Stormscope, Skybeacon ADS-B out, KY96 Comm, KX170B nav/comm. Also has a Century 21 autopilot which works occasionally. Thorough maintenance and records. For what it's worth the previous owner told me he spent a lot of time looking at M20J's and bought this one because he was determined to have something without damage history. 125K
