Just read an update from AvBrief.com. Looks like the FL bill has been signed to ban all Fee collection from ADS-B and other similar electronic systems. The law goes into effect July 1.

ADDED: This, of course, will NOT stop Landing Fees. It only means they can't use ADS-B... So they'll use cameras like they use to or come up with some new tech.
