Started with just the rear seat. Local shop doing them all by hand. More pics to follow.

Looks great.  Where did you get the leather?  How much material / $ did you need?

Marine/aviation certed Upolstery it’s not leather but sure feels like it. About 3k total with adding headrests and logos.

Would of guessed leather. Very tasteful!  Enjoy.

The Izit Leather by Willow Tex looks and feels like leather but is lighter weight and easier to care for.  All of their products will pass FAA burn certification tests.

Do you mind checking your invoice and seeing total material please? I'm about to undergo the same process. Doing the four seats, two headrests (might add two more), and a few trim pieces. I have a line on very affordable leather (was surplus from a PJ refurbisher that went out of business). I think hides are approx 50 sq ft each. Most of my cow expertise comes from eating them, so that's a guess on my part.

I’ll try. Still doing back seat, fronts get done during avionics upgrades

How did you add the headrests? We are looking at redoing our 1964 M20E and headrests are a consideration but not sure if they need to be certified.

Just wrapping up the rear seat.  Headrest and front seats next week will start. There is way to mount then in the original seat frame. Its not really a permanent attachment or structural.   I'll post pics when they get inserted and built.

Finally back seat is done!!!

Ignore the wicker, although it was popular in the 1930,s flying boats!
