Anyone flown from SOCAL across NM to ELP lately?  It's been unusually hot and humid in SOCAL.  Lots of build ups over the mountains.  Wondering if you leave early enough and get to ELP before noon, if the sky conditions and ride have been decent.

This time of year, yes…..  very early departure to miss afternoon build ups and turbulence.  I’d usually be wheels up before 6 am or earlier.
