All,

I'm upgrading to a turbine and will have to let N305PJ go. A few highlights and pics (well, no pics I seem to be out of "attachment space" will upload some when I figure that out.

Monroy long range tanks (103 gal total)

Oxy bottle was new in 2019--kevlar

Most of you have seen many pics of the panel and the speed.  At most temperatures at 14,000 MSL and up it's doing 200 KTAS+ at 31" MP, 2300 rpm, 19.5-20 gph.  One pic here shows it doing 205 KTAS at 17,000--my fastest and the highest I've been on cannulas.  Paint is immaculate and high gloss (has 5+ coats of Gtechniq C2V3 liquid crystal overall, applied by me), interior is like new (the carpet is original--no rips/wear/dirt, but it's a lighter blue). There is one spot near the right inboard fuel drain where a screw had a tiny leak and over time the paint has flaked off. Leak has been sealed at Maxwell annual.

I'm picking it up from annual at Maxwell this Friday and flying home to Ohio. It is a no-squawk airplane and has been for me since I bought it in 2019.  Listing it here and in Mooney Pilots on FB first to see if anybody I "know" wants a crack at it before I put it on Controller.

$249,000 firm takes it.

PM me if interested and come see it in Ohio!

I have no personal experience in this type, but I used to have a flight instructor who flew freight in one. He said it is a good dependable airplane, but just don’t get behind it or it will eat you alive. And he said it had “funny” ailerons, but no big deal.

Flew a long body for a while   It needed -10 engines that it didn't have.

Autopilot was an issue as the flat wire harness inside would break and parts were hard to come by. Had the old A/P.

Popped one cabin window at 22000 one night and had to do a high dive as we had pax in the back.

Most problems were related to bad relays of which there are a hundred. Carry spares and know how to change them.

IIRC I had an RPM gage go bad way up in Canada and with that bad the engine won't start.

There is a way to jumper a connector on top of the engine cowl aft with a paper clip and tape to let the engine start and get you to a MX field .

It worked for me Just no RPM gage  SYNC by ear to match RPMS.

If you ever land with one engine shut down DO NOT reverse the running prop on landing. Just use brakes.

Test your pressurization on one bleed to see if you have leaks in the back at the ACM piping. They can be fixed and tightened up.

Get your 25 hours with the instructor and your SA sign off and enjoy it.

Fly it like a jet NOT a piston twin!!  You will NOT be able to tell power level in flight or approach by ear as the engines are running 100%

all the time regardless of fuel flow. Watch your airspeed at all time when maneuvering around the airport. Its critical.

Just remember you are the LOUDEST  airplane on the field where ever you go!!!!  :-)

Sounds like you have a great Mooney for sale!!!
