Uodate: Check out the pics at this link:

Throttle knob and other areas were touched up, sections resprayed, and she looks great.

the Seats in the back come out in about 1 minute and can both be individually reclined to different settings. The high back seats act as built in headrests.

I have used leather conditioning treatment on the seats every six months. However prior to my ownership there was some wear on the front passenger and pilot seats.

Also shows the LED lights all around.

The nose bowl is a modified K cowling so it has two lights. I wired a separate three way switch so 1 light is the landing light and one is a pulsing on or off taxi light. I usually fly with the landing light on and the taxi light pulsing except at night when they are both on.

What 6 seater are you considering? GLWS.

Three complete different sides of the spectrum but a Saratoga, baby Aerostar (601p/602p) or a Piper Cheyenne II. The twins would likely come with a partner. A Baron B58 and maybe B58P are also in the running.

Likely will create a six seat shared aircraft or club at GAI with a Saratoga to start.

Update:

Annual is pretty much finished. Last chance to make me a reasonable offer and turn the annual into a pre-buy.

After that I’ll cross the I’s dot the T’s, clean her up more, and list her on the open market.

Such a beautiful Missile - if my wife weren't my sane second opinion - I would buy it and keep it in a hangar adjacent to my rocket.  I mean what's better than one moony?  two!
