Found this the other day. Is there a way to replace just the tip? Only 1 out of 8 looked like this.

You can replace it, but I would clean it with a strong solvent and wire brush the spring.

If you want to replace it, just snip the crimp fitting off and the rest will follow. You will need to trim back a bit more insulation and shield. The shield may or may not be soldered on.

I don’t think you need to cut it off.  You can unscrew the spring from the stud, then pull the yellow end off, slid on a new one, and screw on the spring.

The challenge might be finding the parts.
