The avionics guy said it was like holding a cardboard pizza box when he was trying to reinstall it. Any ideas where/who to contact for a new one? Larry Posted September 25, 2022 Report Share Posted September 25, 2022 The Aircraft Spruce glare shield doesn't have the raised area in the middle. It would require you to modify your panel to use. Send your picture to Hector at Aerocomfort in San Antonio. He should be able to tell you if it can be repaired. I just replaced my good glareshield with a leather-covered one so the extra one is available for sale. Mine is in good condition with the slot cover and underside lights.
