TNIndy
Can someone tell me how to remove the overhead vent covers in my 67 M20F?
N201MKTurbo
Slide a 7/16 end wrench over the aluminum disk. The wrench goes through the triangle hole in the plenum and on the nut on top of the disk. Spin the disk to unscrew it.

TNIndy
Thanks to both of you! Doing our best to keep things in good shape as we redo the interior.
N201MKTurbo
From your first pic, it looks like someone has already cut holes to make access easier. If you remove the duct tape you will probably find the holes. The holes are not necessary, but if they are already there you might as well use them. TNIndy
Thanks. The bad thing is that I didn't even notice the duct tape until after I posted the pic.
