Similar to all the solicitations to sell my home. So many buyers, not enough sellers... Used aviation aircraft market is just crazy...

I looked at the website, real estate not aviation.  Maybe he is just searching for an airplane for himself.

I feel left out, he didn’t mail one to me and he probably should have. I’ve had twin fever for a while now but the thought of going through the tire kickin’ sales process of selling mine has kept me flying the Mooney (which is probably for the best)

House selling outside NYC is reaching new levels of craziness…. 2X the usual high prices for years in the recent past….

400 updated nicely being sold for 700amu…. Actual sales price 1kamu….

Demand is outweighing supply….

nothing standing in the way of raising the price on the available property.

The supply and demand formula is not linear…

And not guaranteed the price will stay where somebody buys it at… lessons from 2008….

Interest rates are rising… with the intent to slow the economy…

Slowing the economy can lead to recession and job losses…

Use caution with leverage….

Lost jobs cause increased house and airplane selling… the other side of the non-linear supply and demand formula…

Demand slows, and supply starts to rise at the same time…

Pp thoughts only not a finance guy…
