MtnMann
I find the lack of formatting ability on this forum quite frustrating. Not sure if it's something I'm doing or not doing but I couldn't arrange pics or format type. This has been a great plane - my second F model. My first one had no turbo and I found that put me in potentially dangerous situations with all the over-mountain flying I was doing at the time. I no longer commute so I have no reason to fly her like she should be flown. Hopefully I can find her a nice new home!
Schllc
I love that retro color scheme and was always fond of the stinger tail. I’ve never seen the rudder trim tab(if that’s what it is). Why would they not put it parallel to air flow? I would love to find one of these in the project plane price range, I didn’t know only twelve were out there either Good luck!! What a pretty bird! MtnMann
Yes, I wondered that on that rudder trim too... Hoping to find her a new home soon!

M20 Ogler
Beautiful, love the scorpion stinger and everything else about it. I also think retro paint schemes are due for a comeback. The certified factory planes have been stuck on the “swoopy ribbons” paint themes since 1996, that was almost 30 years ago now yikes

From 1992 through the end of the 90's they had a very straight striped scheme (picture of '96 Bravo in link below) https://www.dropbox.com/s/8imxm3flfbxhotb/N9153Z thangar.jpeg?dl=0 this one is from around 2000 to 2003 (picture of 2000 Ovation in link below) https://www.dropbox.com/s/z9xk0h7jce9mzy6/N312D left side.jpg?dl=0 the "swoopy ribbons" started about when the DX/GX Ovations and Bravos were out starting in around 2004 (Picture of 2005 Bravo in link below) https://www.aircraft.com/aircraft/1325177/n994us-2005-mooney-m20m-gx-bravo

Thank you! Now I'm working on getting the required instruction so I can use it to commute to and from work in South Texas.
