I’m selling my half share in a 1965 Mooney M20E based at KLWM in the Boston area. Asking $35k OBO. I’m simply not flying enough these days to justify ownership due to work/family commitments. It would be great to sell it to someone on this forum as I've learned a lot here. This plane is highly equipped for IFR cross country flying with a GNS480 WAAS GPS, S-Tec 50 autopilot with altitude hold, ADS-B In/Out, engine monitor, fuel flow monitor, Stormscope, turbonormalizer, and oxygen. It will have a fresh annual, expected to be completed in early May.

This plane had a single owner since the 1970s before we purchased it in 2019, has always been hangared, and has been well maintained at the same shop for decades (which we also use now). I’ve had a great experience with my partner, who tends to fly 50-75 hours per year. We’ve never had any issues with scheduling. The plane lives in a T-hangar at KLWM that costs $180/month.
